What happens when we notice our experience with more curiosity, name it with more compassion, and find ways to remember it to ourselves? What changes? What grows? What releases?

I am interested in the edges where language fails us. In my work as a namer, writer + brand identity strategist for the better part of a decade and a half, I have seen firsthand how landing the perfect articulation of what you intend and what you value helps to clarify and create forward momentum.

But it’s hard to find that kind of clear direction in our own lives sometimes. Being a human is messy and ever-changing and ever-expanding. The possibilities for how to live well are endless, and I sincerely believe everyone should be able to make choices that help them live in alignment with the person they are and who they want to become.

So this space is an exploration of that. What happens when you start to question the assumptions you’ve held, and prioritize what is emerging for you beyond the traditional markers of success? What happens when you find ways to engage with the things that have been unnameable? How do you collect your courage and step towards them? How do you live well into this WIP called life that everyone has to figure out for themselves?

I’m also a certified integral coach, a certifying mindfulness teacher, and a spiritual collaborator. I host a free monthly Journal Circle drop-in for connecting with what’s emerging. I read tarot for friends, lovers and other strangers because I like being in conversation with fellow querents. Thank you for being here, friend.

Feeling my way through. Interested in how names, stories + practices create spaces for slowing down and deepening in.
